Why: Our growing start-up business is scaling up to meet client needs. We are a lean team looking for an energetic, hungry, solution-oriented team player to help continue our upward sales trajectory.

Huanmei Supply is a manufacturer of plastic horticultural supplies such as carry pots, carry trays, hanging baskets, plug trays, etc. We provide these items to wholesale greenhouses in North America that service customers such as Costco, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, Walmart, grocery store chains, and independent garden centers.

What: Wears multiple hats within the sales process, focusing on growing a specific region. They will ensure the orders leave the overseas factory on time, acquire new customers by reaching out to leads and maintaining existing customer relationships, evaluate the needs of each potential client, and answer customer inquiries. Must be effective in working with others, managing time, and prioritizing tasks.

Where: Must be located in Texas. This role would require 3 months of in-person training.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

3-5 years of sales experience (does not need to be industry-specific)

Available for domestic travel in January, June-July

Proficient in MS Office, other productivity tools such as Box, QuickBooks, SendinBlue, CRM system

Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus

Available for some overtime when communicating with overseas office

Must have access to a reliable laptop, phone, and transportation

Must have access to Microsoft suite, minimum Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
